Cooking in camp is something not everyone is good at. If you are a good cook you are sure to have a passel of folks around you come time to eat. One of the keys to cooking is the right tools. You don't want to pull out a non-stick fry pan with a plastic handle in the middle of a primitive camp. So, here are some suggestions for period correct cooking stuff:
Dutch Ovens, kettles, pots, skillets, and many other cooking utensils used in camps were made from cast iron.
Utensils (knives, forks, spoons, etc.) made of either metal or wood
